Macallan

A dram from a bottle of Macallan Easter Elchies Black (2018). Named after the iconic Easter Elchies house on the Macallan estate, the Easter Elchies series presents the 2018 Black edition.

Distillery Tasting Notes: 

Colour - Golden honey.

Nose - Fresh green apples, toffee, lemon and orange citrus. Subtle hints of peat smoke with cardamom and liquorice.

Palate - Fresh fruit, apples and citrus with a lingering sweet peat flavour.

Finish - Medium dry with lemon citrus, apple and a soft sweet peat smoke.
