The first certified organic, single malt, whisky in the world since 2006 and is UK Soil Assosiated accredited from start to finish. This whisky is is matured in Virgin American Oak.
Distillery Tasting Notes:
Colour - Golden Amber.
Palate - Creamy with soft pepper and butterscotch. Freshly ground coffee develops alongside dried banana and a subtle herbal edge.
Finish - Medium bodied and long with aniseed and cocoa powder.
