The second release from Nc'Nean's spring, seasonal release is the Huntress Woodland Candy 2023. The flavours of this whisky are bold and creamy and are designed to transport you to the woodlands of the west coast.

Yeast is fundemental in the making of this whisky. This single malt is made with a combination of four yeast varieties, including the introduction of red and white wine yeasts. Matured in a cask mix of 65% STR red wine casks and 35% first fill ex-bourbon.

ABOUT THE DISTILLERY / BOTTLER

The Nc'Nean Distillery is situated on the west coast of Scotland and released their inaugural single malt, Ainnir, in August 2020 - just 3 years after the first run of spirit production. The distillery pride themselves on being a certified organic scotch whisky, using recycled glass for their notable bottle style. Nc'Nean are also pioneers for running exclusively on green energy and utilising renewable electricity.

Nc'Nean is an abbreviation of Neachneohain, known as the Queen of Spirits in Gaelic legend.
