ABOUT THE DISTILLERY / BOTTLER

Yorkshire's first ever single malt whisky distillery is based near Filey Bay on the West Coast of England.

The Spirit Of Yorkshire Distillery is in control of every stage of the growing and distilling process, from choosing the variety of barley and how it is grown, right through to bottling at the distillery.

All the barley used in the distillery is grown in Hunmanby, on their very own Family Farm.
