About The Distillery / Bottler
Sing Gin is made in the Dales village of Kettlesing. The botanicals are left to steep overnight inside 'Bella' - a steel and copper still (named after our first family dog). Then the grape spirit and botanicals is added in 50-litre batches. Small batches offer higher quality control. Four hours later, Sing Gin is produced.
