Distilled on the 17th of October 2007, matured in a Bourbon Barrel (#800453) and bottled on the 25th of August 2021, this single malt from the Highland Parl Distillery was independently bottled by Lady of the Glen and boasts notes of honey, light citrus character and light peat. 

An outturn of just 214 individually numbered bottles.

About The Distillery / Bottler

Highland Park distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery based in Kirkwall, Orkney. It is the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland, half a mile farther north than that at Scapa distillery.

Highland Park has performed well at international spirit ratings competitions. Its 25-year single malt scotch, for example, received double gold medals at the 2007 and 2009 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
