About The Distillery / Bottler
Electric Spirit Co. was founded in 2014, distilling for the first time in the summer of the following year. It was the first distillery to operate in Leith since the closure of Melrose Drover, 40 year earlier.
The original Distillery was installed in the old James Dunbar Lemonade Factory, but after helping the Port of Leith Distillery with their Gin Production the two distilleries now share a 500 Litre still at the Tower Street Stillhouse.
