Do you have a next day delivery option?

We strive to offer the fastest courier options available via our partnership with the leading global couriers - our International Shipping page provides information on shipping times to each country that we can ship to.

If orders are placed before midday, our Express shipping service in the UK will deliver next day in the majority of cases, however to avoid disappointment we advise that this will take 1 - 3 days.

How much does delivery cost?

Please refer to our International Shipping page which provides information on cost and transit time to each country.

Can I collect my order at your premises in Udny, Aberdeenshire?

Yes - at checkout just select 'Click & Collect' and we will have the ordered ready for you.

What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost in transit?

These instances are very rare, and in most cases we should be made aware of issues via our courier partners before the goods are delivered.  In the event you are concerned about your order, or if you are unhappy with the condition the goods have been delivered in, please get in touch with our team who can discuss this with you.

What are your in-store shop opening hours?

10am - 5pm, Monday-Saturday.

Can I arrange a private tasting event at your whisky tasting room?

Yes! At the minute we are not running tasting events, due to COVID-19 restrictions - however if you are planning an event for the future, we would be delighted to discuss this with you and help you design a tasting around your budget and party size.  Drop us a line at [email protected] and we can take it from there.

I have won items in the Whisky Hammer auction - can I combine this with my Still Spirit order?

Yes!  At checkout please select 'Combine with Whisky Hammer order' and our team will be in touch to take payment separately for the combined shipping cost.  Please note that in this scenario, the shipping costs advertised on Whisky Hammer will apply.

Is there a minimum order?

No - however, we offer free Standard UK delivery on orders over £100.

How do I quality for free delivery?

We offer free Standard delivery in the UK only, on orders over £100.

Do you offer same day delivery?

No, sorry this isn't something we can arrange.

I live out with the EU - will I be charged VAT?

No, shipments with a postage address out with the EU will not incur UK VAT.  When browsing the shop you should look at the 'ex-VAT' prices as this is what you will be charged at checkout.

Can you gift wrap the order for me?

No, sorry but we do not offer gift wrap or gift messaging at present.

Can I order by telephone?

No, orders are placed online or in-store only.

Can I send to an address that isn't mine?

Yes, at checkout you can enter a delivery address which can be different to your billing address.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our HQ is based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

What is your returns policy?

Please refer to Returns Policy.

Will there be customs charged on my order?

If you are shipping out with the EU, your country will more than likely impose customs / duties charges at your local border.  Please refer to your local border control regulations for advice.

As of 1st January 2021, buyers within the EU should be aware that new customs and duties charges will likely become payable within European Union countries - unfortunately we do not have clear guidance on these charges yet, but as always we would recommend that you understand any local regulations as any customs / duties will be due and liable by the buyer.

When can I come to a tasting event at Still Spirit?

As soon as COVID-19 restrictions are eased, we are ready to start offering tasting events.  Please keep an eye on our Social Media pages for details of events as and when they are organised.
